Sifuna Reveals 1 Condition Ruto Must Meet to Get ODM Backing as 'Wantam' Campaign Intensifies in Busia

Orange Democratic Movement Party SG Edwin Sifuna has this evening said that the ODM Party will support President William Ruto's re-election if at all he will be able to summon the late Raila Odinga's spirits for consultation.

Speaking during a very charged rally in Busia Town on Sunday, Edwin, without naming anyone, regretted that the late Raia Odinga, in the 10-point agenda, did not permit the UDA-ODM coalition.

"Kama mtu anaota, ati ataenda kuandika extension ya hiyo mkataba (UDA-ODM deal), lazima aende bondo aulize Baba, Raila Amollo Odinga ampee idhini ya kuextend hiyo mkataba.

"Kufikia sasa, hakuna kitu ambayo wamefanya kwa hiyo mkataba na wengine wanatwambia tuheshimu hiyo mkataba na UDA. 

Sisi ni wale tunasema ya kwamba, ODM itatembea na watu ambao wako na maadili kama yetu. Raila hajawahi piga kanisa teargas," Edwin Sifuna said.

All the same, it remains to be seen which faction of the ODM Party will blink first, owing to the existence of the Oketch Salah, Oburu Odinga, and Sifuna factions.
