According to the source, the deceased identifed as Kenneth Wanjala and his colleague met their fate while on duty after they were attacked by unknown assailants.
Sources revealed that the two were security guards at Kabete Vet Lab Secondary School in Kiambu county.

An armed group of armed individuals launched an attack on the institution leaving two people dead. Property of unknown value was also stolen.
Police have launched a manhunt for the suspected form four students who allegedly broke into Kabete Vet Lab Secondary School.
The Principal revealed that students who were suspended are believed to be the masterminds behind the attack.
The bodies were moved to the hospital morgue pending an autopsy test to ascertain what really transpired. Burial preparations of the the two guards are underway.
The families of the victims are also demanding for justice.
