Despite both Gakuya and Babu Owino being sitting MPs with established bases, Gakuya appears to have broken through the Nairobi voter matrix more effectively.
His lead signals a broader acceptance of his leadership style beyond Embakasi North, with many respondents citing development visibility, pragmatic politics, and perceived reliability as key strengths.
Babu Owino stands at 21.7%, maintaining his influence among youthful and urban segments, while Governor Johnson Sakaja comes in at 19.9%, showing that the incumbent governor is facing significant headwinds as Nairobi voters evaluate alternative leadership options.
Agnes Kagure follows with 14.1%, offering a strong showing for a non-incumbent.
