Return Your Brother's Property To His Wife And Children Immediately - Top UDA Governor Tells Rigathi Gachagua

Former Deputy President and the party leader of DCP,Rigathi Gachagua in the recent weeks has been accused of managing the property of his late brother Mr Nderitu Gachagua who passed away in 2017.

The late Mr Nderitu Gachagua was known to be a successful businessman with significant investments in sectors such as hospitality and real estate that made him acquire so much wealth from them.

Mr Nderitu Gachagua before he died,he had appointed his brother, Rigathi Gachagua, as the executor of his will. 

This meant that Rigathi was legally responsible for overseeing, managing, and distributing the estate according to the wishes outlined in the will.

Mr Nderitu's death brought attention not only to his business success but also to the management of the large estate he left behind.

Following Former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua involvement with his late brother's wealth,most political allies believe Rigathi Gachagua is in full possession of the property.

Susan Kihika who is top UDA member and also the Governor of Nakuru County has come out publicly to tell Gachagua to return his brother's property to his wife and children.

The Governor further made comments that Gachagua had prevented the family to reach the President,Dr William Samoei Ruto and therefore made an appeal to the President that he should intervene to make sure the family gets justice.
