Detectives from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations have arrested four suspects, including a police officer, in connection with a notorious robbery with violence and kidnapping syndicate operating in Nairobi and its surrounding areas.
In a statement released on Friday, March 27, the DCI said the arrests followed an intelligence-led operation conducted by a joint team from its headquarters.
The suspects are believed to be behind a string of criminal incidents reported since August 2025.

The others include Benard Kariuki, Ester Waithira Murigi, and Brian Mungai. All four suspects have been forensically linked to multiple incidents under investigation.
